Everything You Need To Know

We take pride in our processing speed. Orders placed before 8 A.M. ship the same day Monday- Friday. Tracking information is sent to your email at the time of shipment. You can also check your order status any time.

Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (US EST). 

Economy and Priority Shipping - USPS vs FedEx 

We offer several shipping options, USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground and FedEx 2Day. The transit times quoted on the site at checkout are only estimates and therefore not guaranteed. USPS has been experiencing minor delays due to short staff and Covid-19. 

All services come with USPS Delivery Confirmation or tracking info. Usually USPS updates Delivery Confirmation status after the first business day when it processes through their sort facility. 

If you choose Priority Mail expected delivery is within 3-5 business days of purchase. For APO or military addresses we recommend Priority Mail.

Keep in mind orders placed after 8 A.M. on Friday will not ship until Monday.

FedEx Overnight Shipping

We offer Overnight shipping via FedEx. This shipping option has a 1 business day transit time.

Orders that are placed on Thursday after 8am will ship Friday and arrive Monday. Orders that are placed on Friday after 8am will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.

International Service

We offer quick shipping to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight.

Returns /Refund Exchange 

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

We accept returns for refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” An item can be returned if it does not fit or if you want something different. Again, buyer satisfaction is our top priority. In the event of a return you have 2 options:

#1 Return for refund

Use this option if you're looking to return an item for a refund. Email us at grichs500@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know you would like a refund and provide your order number. We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label and return form. The refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving.
